ShopColdPlunge.com is an authorized multi-brand retailer. Return, refund, and warranty terms vary by brand and product line and are detailed below. All policies comply with applicable US consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR CLAIM

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA will not be accepted. Once issued, ship the item within 7 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–30 business days of claim approval depending on brand (see below). Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER — REQUIRED FOR ALL BRANDS
Inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. Note any visible damage with the delivery driver before they leave. Photograph all damage, retain all original packaging, and contact us within the timeframe specified for your brand below. Failure to report damage within the applicable window may affect your eligibility for a claim.
BRAND-SPECIFIC TERMS
WIZZISAUNAS (SH01, SH02, SH07, SR01, 909MX Hemlock, 909MX Red Cedar)
Warranty: 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials, workmanship, and electrical components under normal residential use.
Damage Reporting:
- Visible damage: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number
- Concealed damage: report within 30 business days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase
Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Return Shipping:
- Change-of-mind returns: buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items: we provide a prepaid return label
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to used or repackaged returns. No restocking fee for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
Refunds: Issued within 7 business days of inspection and approval.
ORIVON COLD PLUNGE TUBS (Black Frost, White Frost, Metallic Frost)
Warranty: 1-year comprehensive warranty at no additional cost, covering manufacturing defects in the shell, chiller unit, jets, and electrical components. Defective units are repaired or replaced at no cost.
Damage Reporting: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase for any damage or defect claim.
Returns: All sales are final for non-defective products. If your unit arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days to initiate a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds: Processed within 30 days of claim approval for eligible defective or damaged units.
ORIVON LUMIN INFRARED SAUNAS (Lumin One, Lumin Two, Lumin Three)
Warranty: 1-year comprehensive warranty at no additional cost, covering manufacturing defects in materials, components, and workmanship under normal residential use.
Damage Reporting: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase for any damage or defect claim.
Returns: All sales are final for non-defective products. If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days to initiate a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds: Processed within 30 days of claim approval for eligible defective or damaged units.
ORIVON AURIS OUTDOOR CEDAR SAUNAS (Auris One, Auris Two)
Warranty: 5-year comprehensive warranty at no additional cost — the strongest coverage in our catalog. Covers manufacturing defects in materials, structure, and workmanship under normal outdoor residential use.
Damage Reporting: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase for any damage or defect claim.
Returns: All sales are final for non-defective products. If your sauna arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days to initiate a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds: Processed within 30 days of claim approval for eligible defective or damaged units.
REBEL MASSAGE CHAIRS (Floridian Brand Rebel 4D)
Warranty: 2-year residential warranty covering manufacturing defects in the steel frame, rollers, motors, control boards, consoles, belts, and power supply. Warranty is non-transferable.
Extended Warranty: Optional extended coverage is available at $450/year for up to 8 total years of coverage. Must be purchased within 30 days of delivery.
Damage Reporting: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and proof of purchase for any damage or defect claim.
Returns: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in as-new condition in original packaging. Contact us at Support@ShopColdPlunge.com or 1-910-333-2454 to initiate.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. Defective units are exchanged at no cost.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 0–30% may apply depending on condition and circumstances. No restocking fee for defective units.
Refunds: Processed within 7 business days of inspection and approval.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS — ALL BRANDS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Items not reported within the applicable damage/defect window
- Items damaged by misuse, improper installation, or neglect
- Items returned without an authorized RMA number
- Personalized or custom-configured items
- Sanitary or hygiene items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after shipment must follow the applicable brand return process above. Freight items that have already shipped may incur return shipping costs.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
All shipments are insured. If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve. Do not discard any packaging until your claim is fully resolved.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items returned outside the applicable window, items showing signs of use or installation, or items missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.
YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws.
