DOMESTIC SHIPPING — CONTIGUOUS US
All orders ship free to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) unless explicitly noted. P.O. boxes cannot accept freight or oversized deliveries and are not supported for most products in our catalog.

ORDER PROCESSING

FREIGHT DELIVERY — WHAT TO EXPECT
Most products in our catalog ship via freight carrier due to size and weight. Standard freight delivery is curbside — the carrier will bring your item to the curb or end of your driveway. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

At delivery — required steps:
- Inspect the packaging before signing
- Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves
- Photograph all damage immediately
- Contact us within the timeframe specified in our Refund & Returns Policy for your brand
- Do not discard packaging until your claim is fully resolved

ADDRESS ACCURACY

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If your order is marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and building management first, then contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve. All shipments are insured — eligible lost shipments will be reshipped or refunded.
